Insurance contractor. Stay away for non-insurance jobs. Lots of talk but the follow through is poor. They re-did my plumbing after a slab leak and I had to have another plumber re-do parts of it. e.g. They drilled through the length of my kitchen cabinets to install the plumbing to do things quickly rather than right.Didn't even tell me this until I inspected the job. I was COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNSATISFIED with the service performed by Bercks. They claim to be fair and honest, and they fall way short of that guarantee. We booked an appointment for them to come fix our heater, and they NEVER SHOWED the first two times we scheduled with them. They finally showed up the third time, although two hours late and after a phone call on our end, and then charged us $340 and STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TROUBLESHOOT!!!
