I cannot recommend this group in any way shape or form. They do not treat people with respect or humanly. They will not listen to you or hear anything that you have to say. They will simply refer back to legal jargon/lease agreements and do not care about anything else. I would stay away from any of their properties at all costs. Their agents are beyond rude and impossible to deal with. They will speak over you and ignore you as you talk. They make their leases up to get every cent possible out of you and to make things as difficult as possible. There are far better places around, do not go here. ...read more

First Light Property Mgmt is the best. The personnel were immensely helpful, very open and sincere in their dealings. I am a former tenant of a town-home managed by First Light and let me just say that I have never dealt with a more professional team that is quick to respond to all the needs of the tenant. They give the tenants options to pay rent, request maintenance, view documents, and get important phone numbers all online! You don't see that anywhere else. Even when you first inquire about a rental, the application is done online. This saves time, is paperless (environmentally friendly), and allows for flexibility. While the front office is not bad, going through maintenance is a horrifying experience. If you want anything to get fixed, be prepared to be ignored, hassled as to why you "broke" it (i.e. a 10-year old dishwasher going out of order), demeaned, and treated as a 5-year old. In particular, avoid a woman named Susan unless you don't actually need anything fixed, maybe she'll be nice to you then.\t\n\t\nI know most property management companies do not place much importance or value on their renters, but TMC actually outdoes its competition in spectacular style.
