It is a nice locale, however the parking is across the highway on a dirt median . . or else parking illegaly in a shopping center. You still must cross PCH. I will say that it is nice to be so close to the beach . . but the decor is dated 70's style. Another problem is that the management is difficult to work with and the materials provided for clean up are a worn out little broom and dustpan. After having our wedding . . the management basically kicked everyone around who was cleaning up . . and once the property was cleaned up they refused to return the deposit money. Their reasoning was that there were approximately 10 more people at the wedding than was currently expected. Odd . . they didn't provide an additional table or plastic chairs. The only things they provided were the room and lighting and their own tables and chairs. You might want to shop around before you settle on this place. We're out $500.
