I had a few small touch ups i had to do at my home that i never got the time to do it (and honestly didnt know exactly how) so i called up LA Handy man to Change The locks on my front door which was really old, adjust my medicine cabinet, and patch a few holes and cracks in the walls. They came over and did all of those things in about an hour which was awesome and did an amazing job! thanks so much for your help! ...read more

I recently had my master bathroom re modeled and the handy man that did the job before wasn't too great.....the shower door did not close all the way, the hinges weren't all the way in, the shower head was not where i asked him to put it....so i called LA handyman to come and fix the poor job that was done. They fixed everything exactly how i asked them too and it made the biggest difference in the whole look of my master bathroom. There was a fire in one of our rooms! It was quite devastating to both me and my family! Many of our possessions had burned away and the damage done was just a terrible sight to bear witness to! Although fortunately nobody in our family was injured due to the fire, thank god! It's still hard to take in that many of our possessions had burned away; and now we were dealing with a situation which would take a toll on our finances. We called up the gentleman at Los angeles handyman to see if there was anything they could do to clean up and restore the fire damage; and thank goodness we called them! This company does have a lower rate and better availability than other handyman services in the area, but now I know why... The handyman ended up damaging my front door, patio door, and kitchen sink while trying to repair them. I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. They are TERRIBLY UNETHICAL, making empty promises to make repairs or compensate, but then they never follow through. I've had to speak to supervisor after supervisor, and finally one of the owners. They all do the same thing. No follow through and then they disappear. Sadly, I've had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on them... ...read more
