Mark Reskin who “supposedly” owns PRINTERS, RIBBONS PLUS (located in L.A.) just called me an "idiot & a moron" and said "I hate people like this" when he thought I put him on hold, this is because I didn't remember who he was! We have several vendors that try to solicit & I don't remember everyone's name. i went back to copy cat for the first time yesterday and what a big surprise it s under a new owner and management! what a great news!! i stopped shipping there because of the agressive and uncontrollable and helpless previous owner.he was almost beating up his customers , full of attitude... the new manager was really helpful and couteous. he took time to seal my package and offer me the different shipping options. will see if they will stay professional on a long term because the first owner sounds very professional in the beginning but after a while he became an real animal in a fury... ...read more
