I had the strangest experience which turned to the WORST customer service experience in moments at this store. Blanca Penilla spoke to me as if I was a 2 year old the whole time I was there. Complaining to Michael Williams, the owner, was useless. He screamed at me and told me I was rude. I've since come to find out that they have a TERRIBLE reputation and that no one uses them again if they've used him once. I will NEVER go back there. ...read more

Warning: Do not go to this place when you're having a bad day. It will make you lose faith in mankind. Kinko's, in general, has high prices, and these people at the counter could care less about their jobs and even less about the documents you want printed. You'll wait a long time while they mistype your information in their computer system. And they will idly talk on the phone while you wait in front of them. I hate coming to kinkos and this is why. The only reason I came was to get help scanning and formattting a document I couldn't do at home. I politely asked for help a few times...fourteen dollars later I figured it out myself because the smug supernerds couldn't find the time to help me!! I hate kinkos. ...read more
