BUYER BEWARE!!! My entire experience with this company has been horrid.I was quoted a transit time of 5-12 weeks. My items were picked up on May 22nd and not delivered until October 26th, a total time of 22 weeks; making them almost 2.5 MONTHS late. Despite sending multiple emails asking for status updates and the location of my shipment I didn't receive a response until I gave them a negative review on Yelp! They seemed more concerned with making sure my negative review wouldn't stay online than actually taking responsibility for the delay. The fact of the matter is I contracted SDC to complete the move and they were the ones responsible to ensure my items arrived within the contracted timeframe, this did not happen.
