Had a really bad experience with this company. The owner came out for a consultation to my home and I was very excited to find out what was needed to keep my baby safe. I had a lot of questions being a new mom, and I guess, this was a problem for him? He was very rude and confrontational and acted like I was challenging him on his expertise...NO... just asking questions!! He was also condescending and basically made it seem like I knew nothing and he knew everything. Needless to say I got another consultation from a company recommended to me by my Mommy & Me instructor. So glad he was this rude because I found a FANTASTIC company that had better suggestions, super friendly and very reasonable. THANKS FOR BEING RUDE!!! ...read more
