When three packages out of nine mailed using USPS Click & Ship - their mailing label with tracking - are misdirected, there are problems there needing immediate attention. A package from Torrance CA (Southern CA) to Oakland CA (northern CA) should have been delivered in two days. It went to Washington DC and back - taking six days for delivery. This package contained accounting and tax data, and this misdirected mailing is totally unacceptable. One package from Torrance, CA to Mill Valley CA (20 miles north of San Francisco) went to Palo Alto (30 miles south of San Francisco - and actually went 'out for delivery' in Palo Alto) took five days instead of two days. I had to inquire whether the USPS mailing label had been tampered with. Answer was 'no'. One paackage from Torrance, CA to San Francisco went to Daly City, CA (10 miles south of San Francisco - and was 'out for delivery' in Daly City before coming back to the post office in Daly City and being redirected to San Francisco). That package with tax data should have been delivered in two days, but took four. These failures are unacceptable because these packages contained sensitive tax data, and misdirected sorting and distribution is a major failure by the USPS. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the whole cart, just visit there a couple of times and you'll see. I never want to do business there ever again. I am revenue to this establishment and it seems like they want you to work for them more than they want to work for you. There's always some new rule or regulation they spring on you there without any warning or detailed reason that just doesn't make any sense. My time is valuable, I will go to another post office now and get the satisfaction I deserve when mailing my mail! ...read more

With all of the yoga and meditation that people do in LA you would think people would be more patient with each other but unfortunately that's not always the case. There are lots of wackadoodles walking and driving around Hollywood so I can't imagine what these postal workers have to deal with daily. With that being said, you would expect a bad attitude when you get to the window but instead you're greeted with "Hi, how are you" with a smile even at the end of the day.
