Despite Revelry's glowing review of itself, this company is terribly disorganized. Their internal communication is horrible so if you don't speak to the same person each time, nobody will know what is going on with your order. Nonexistent customer service, they are difficult at best and aren't afraid to hold your order hostage if they decide they don't like you. Despite ordering well in advance, my rentals weren't ready until the very last moment. If you'd like to pickup your order on your own, good luck with figuring out when they close and when you can access the warehouse which is actually more of a sweatshop.
