Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied with preparation of body, death certificates and fabrication of information in an effort to hold 1 of 3 death certificates ordered. Poor comunication with customer as well. I do not recommend this business to anyone. No integrity. ...read more

I went there from out-of-state for a next of kin funeral. They said there was a lady Rabbi. Her name is Deborah SIlver. I never seen anyone so beautifully passionate, a great singer, speaker and offering genuine comfort at a obviously difficult time. To meet her is to love her.\t\nThe only thing we would of changed was to have the immediate family use the upstairs bathroom and to have paid and done our own orbit so it would not be typed incorrectly and be late in the paper.\t\nAs far as the experience itself and the direct staff, they really did a great job.
