Horrible answering service. Called this morning and spoke with the most rude little boy (obviously not a man) and could not even answer a simple question on whether or not a car was towed. I tried dumbing down my question which was apparently needed and offered up a VIN or license number and male yelled back "I don't know what you want I just got here this morning". Yeah, it usually takes an average person about 4 hours to get settled in and actually do they're job. That must be a side effect of minimum wage...bitchy attitude.
