I took my computer here to get fixed my internet was not working. JACK CHAN charged me $45 to diagnose the problem. I paid and the next day he called and said it was the internet connection and he could fix it for $100 I agreed and he said it would be done in a few days I went back the next week and he said he was still working I left went back in the next week I walked in and he said yea its fixed, he didnt even turn on my computer to show me it was fixed and tell me what he had done, so I went over and turned on my computer and there was still no internet connection I asked him why was it still not working an all he kept saying is that it was fixed. It was obvious that he had not worked on my computer and was trying to scam me out of $145. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE THE GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST. I took my computer and went to Quick Fix in Signal Hill they fixed my computer in 45 minutes for only $25. ...read more
