We are a 250 bed hospital. We write off millions of dollars of receivables each year that represent both workers compensation and private insurance bills. We have worked with other collection agencies over the years (some that we have worked with for years). CDR claimed that they would be able to produce superior results over our current agencies. We give an alpha split on our accounts as a test and in six months they generated $1M vs our current agency 150K. I don't know what their secret sauce is however they have proven over the past 5 years to offer superior service and performance. I can confidently recommend them as vendor. They also have a mission to train hire vets and the long term unemployed and do not outsource their business. CDR is a great company with a social mission. ...read more

CDR Financial Services, LLC Does its Part to Hire US workers
CDR is recognized for our contribution to creating new jobs in CA by supervisor Don Knabe at the State of the County Address at the Long Beach Convention Center. We have also created our own Jobs Program for Workers receiving unemployment benefits and returning veterans. Participants in our program voluntarily commit to a two month training program that if they successfully complete will be eligible to obtain a full time position with our company. ...read more
