I am usually hesitant to criticize a small business too harshly. However, I'm not an idiot or someone who takes kindly to people who are rude to the point of obnoxious while taking my money in the process. I had reason to leave town due to a death in my family. While I was gone my roommate returned a dvd 2 days late. When I stopped by a month later, the clerk/manager/owner was nothing short of a douchebag who talked to me as if I were a child. Me and my wife rented movies from this fine movie rental shop for many years and we always were very happy with the wonderful service with a smile we got each time we went to rent movies, it is always very clean and well lit and very well organized with plenty of new releases as well as a nice foreign film section, if I only lived a little closer I would be by more often.
