Went in last year to get more info about additional services and as I was sitting in the lobby I could hear Dr. Stepanoff yelling at a fellow employee. The type of behavior he was exhibiting was one of a psychopath, and I would expect a "psychologist" to know how wrong it is to abuse employees. Also, I decided not to have kids enroll in the teen group because when I spoke with the head addiction counselor she honestly looked under the influence of something and was cussing when describing her program which I found highly unprofessional. More than anything I could not get over how insane Dr. Stepanoff was acting! Someone should report him to the board because if he treats his staff like that I could imagine how he is with clients. Also, when I arrived the front desk girls were acting kind of ditzy like they did not know what was going on or how to do their jobs... I found that odd and off putting. ...read more
