The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful. I came in after visiting several other stores in So Cal and this one was by far the most concerned with answering my questions and solving my problems. Also there was no pressure to buy something I didn't need and the staff was well groomed and clean, unlike the workers at most of the other stores.
