Unbelievable!!!!! Jonathan Polk the owner is the most unprofessional, insensitive, disrespectful person and should not be in this line of business. With any death, regardless of the situation is extremely hard on the family. At no time did Jonathan give his condolences, did not render services within the promised timeframe and continuously communicated poorly and with a horrible attitude. Life is so very precious...while my family wanted to celebrate the life a very precious person, he brought more distress and appeared completed careless.
