I would rate the profesionalism of the Doctor 5 out of 5. The problem that causes this location to be rated a 1 is after ask repeatedly if the provider accepts my service provider and being told that they do. After service was provided the Office Manager determined that the one serive I had requested would not be covered by insurence and would not recieve the insurence discount. After waiting 45 mins to speak to the Bussiness Manager as they went from one customer after another. The only response provided was "We dont acept insurence for Medical Visits thats the way we work it here". I paid the amount in full and canceled my other planned appointments with this provider. This was compleately unaceptable service to repeatedly answer that they would acept my insurence when I asked for the the service, taking my insurence information then after the service was provided responding they would not acept the insurence or insurence discount, becasue thats the way they work. ...read more
