Darrell started out as an Electrician, in 1974, while in the U. S. Marine Corps. (MOS 1141). Working as a Journeyman Electrician in Residential, Commercial and Industrial until 1987 where he entered into the HVAC Trade. Earning his Journey Level Certifications, EPA Certifications in Refrigeration, and many other certifications for factory training from TRANE, CARRIER, BRYANT among others. Training included Hi-Velocity Air Ducting in Alberta, Canada used in Historical buildings all over California. 2-Stage Heating technology, Variable Speed Motor Technology, L. P. Staging and Flex Pipe, high pressure gas line, Residential Retrofit, Light Commercial, 2 and 4 pipe High Rise Cooling Towers, Radiant and Oil Heating. Darrell holds other certificates of completion in*: Design Drawing, Masonry, Basic Carpentry, Welding - Oxyaceletene and Arc, Plumbing and Mathematics. *Certification program offered by Belleville Area College, Vocational Studies, 1979 - 1981, Belleville, Il. Outside interests include: Salt and fresh water, (catch and release), fishing. Flying small craft, fixed wing, aircraft - obtaining his private pilot's license in 1983 in Everett, WA. At Payne Field Airport - (F.B.O. Thunderbird Aero). His Wife Tammy, who he's known since they were 8, along with their Children and Grandchildren. Darrell has "Old School" values believing that a man's word should be his bond. He'll tell you the truth no matter how hard it may be to hear. He feels that unless you're 100% informed, you make informed choices. Darrell's value system is evident throughout the company. It's clear to see how his core principles run deep through the office, the technicians and out into the community.
