The kids were so excited to go to Foster's for the first time after hearing their mother pump it up...HOWEVER! It turned into the worst visit anywhere! Walked in and ordered...the cashier (reg2 c.) placed our order wrong. The order was so wrong we had to go to the register 3 times to fix it. The manager wanted to know who placed our order and my daughter said she wasn't sure (I was). She gave us an ice cream with sprinkles with our order, which we did not order...no root beer...my hold the mayo and tomato chicken had tomato and may on it...my daughter's NO COMBO was a combo and so on. She even asked about a banana split that was NEVER ORDERED! The manager actually became mad at us...approached our table to tell us off because we dared complain. Then he asked about the ice cream with sprinkles sitting in front of my 6 year old grand daughter. I my daughter said we never ordered that as well and he became furious and snatched the ice cream from the child! 1. We would have been glad to pay for that...how much could it cost?!! Other patrons also complained that their order was wrong also. When another family member became so upset that he told the man not to come here and try to chastise us because the employee made a mistake...he came to our table again and had more words to say. My daughter said it was time to leave because the baby started crying over the snatched ice cream. We got up to leave and said we would never be back...to which the manager said THANK YOU very rudely! I told him that his behavior is why he makes minimum wage! My daughter took his picture and he followed us to the car to take a photo of my car! He actually came outside TWICE!. I am sure/hope you have video in your store! The employees there actually acted as if the way he treated us and a 6 year old was ok! I am sure they acted that way because they did such a bad job of customer service. All we wanted was what we ordered. If the cashier weren't so busy talking to her friends who came by to visit ...she may have gotten an order right. Also, they should repeat the order back to the customer. She actually asked my daughter if she wanted cheese on her burger to which she said no. She asked again...why did that burger come to us with CHEESE?!!! Your manager should be FIRED! I have never seen such a mess and will NEVER give one dime to that place again. Who does that to customers? Whop takes ice cream from a baby? Foster Freeze does! ...read more
