I was given a quote by David and when I returned to pick up the material, he had entered the same number for two different styles of brick resulting in a difference of abot $50. When I brought this to their attention, David was there and I spoke to him saying remember when you did this quote? You enterend the same number for the different materials, these bricks were supposed to be curved. He acnowledged that was true and then I asked what he could do to make it right. David went into a rant about how by questioning the quote he wrote (the one he admitted was entered incorrectly) I was callng him an idiot. He would not honor the quote and delived one of the worst customer service experiences I could have had. I told him that I would not do buisness with him and asked for a refund. I left and went to American in Palmdale. The service was better and the bricks were less expensive. Just be careful, and shop around. ...read more
