Two poor experiences lead me to say - try any other place first.\t\n\t\nIn December I went to the florist in person with a photo of what I wanted for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. It was over a week before the event. The person taking the order took a copy of the photo I had brought along, asked questions and made notes of the details and did not suggest there would be any problem creating the requested arrangement. The day of the event when I returned to pick-up the arrangement it was not what I ordered, they didn't have the requested flowers, and didn't give me a discount as partial compensation for their failure to perform. At that point I decided I wouldn't return. \t\n\t\nA few days ago I received a birthday arrangement from them, ordered by an out-of-town friend. 75% of the roses were dead in three days. When I called them about refreshing the bouquet or giving my friend a discount they wouldn't stand by their product.
