I called Kid Rooter Plumbing and within the hour I had a plumber at my door. He was polite and clean. He tested my shower and explained to me that my shower was not clogged as I thought, but it was my sewer pipe. He went outside and later returned and explained to me what he needed to do in order to fix the problem. I appreciated that and I was never guessing or wondering what he was doing or what it would cost me. Within the hour, he was done and my toilet and shower were unclogged. Be sure to get an estimate from this guy first. He fixed my toilet for $175.00 which was fine then told me i would not be able to shut off my water in an emergency unless he replaced the valve and pipe. That made the bill $425.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
