I have been going to JB Tax Services for close to 10 years. They have made errors on my taxes on more than one occasion. For the most recent error, I tried to call in to get assistance with understanding the multiples letters I was receiving from the IRS. I had originally brought these documents in for review and was given documents to send in and was told this would solve the problem. I received yet another letter form the IRS stating the documents referenced the wrong tax year, thus I still owed funds. When I called in and spoke to Marian, she began to argue with me and said I wasn't explaining myself correctly and that it was my fault for forgetting to turn in documents. I could hardly get a word in to explain and asked her to stop being argumentative with me, as I was the customer and just trying to explain what the letter was stating. I have been with JB Services for almost 5 years. Marian is so helpful, she still sits with me and gives me the time I deserve.
