I have been coming here for over ten years. They're usually good. Always pokey. Today things were too pokey. I was told an oil change would take two hours. At two-and-a-half hours, with my car still untouched in the parking lot, I called it quits. I could have borne the imposition with good humor had there been an explanation or some show of concern on the attendant's part. I got no such thing. Instead, handing me my keys, without a trace of apology, he said: "I said it would be two hours." My complaint that the two hours was up half-an-hour ago and that my car was still outside fell on deaf, unconcerned ears. After an investment of more than three hours altogether, I still need an oil change. And now I need a mood adjustment as well. ...read more

This place honestly has to be one of the worst run buisnesses I have ever encountered. The place is over priced, takes such a long time to get fixed, i swear they break stuff on purpose so you have to come back, and they don't even act nice to you when your car takes another full week after they say its going to be ready in an hour.
