I wrote a post before about Lonnie and Gary. Since I wrote the post Lonnie replaced all of the food by giving me a visa card to make it right even though Gary sold me the food. Lonnie was the trainer but left the company. When I called Gary he said Albert Berecca was the owner at 626-806-2627 and that he told Gary that he didn't care about his customers enough to return a phone call to me or him. I retract the statement about Lonnie as he did make it right and I feel somewhat bad as he wasn't the one who sold me the food or made the guarantee. The owner Albert on the other hand placed blame on his guys instead of standing by his food or company warranty. The food was fine when I first bought it and tasted great. He still will not take my call and places blame on other people that ended up making it right even though they are no longer with the company. Do not buy from these guys all of the bad reviews below are spot on, we were promised a 40 person party and now they won't even return my calls. The sales manager Lonnie Mulligan 949-325-5245 will not return my calls and Gary sales rep 714-581-2683 told me that the company is going out of business and that Lonny is ducking all calls.. Also mentioned that their warehouse in Pomona has closed down. We tried to return product as they said it was guaranteed fresh. They are fast talkers be very careful, buyer beware!! ...read more

I got the same story as the guys below and after I cooked them, found out the quality was bad, never buy from them again. Be aware of their sales skill! ...read more
