After the deal is over there is no response from Ms. Johns. We bought a home (Vicky was the sellers agent) and a pool sweep was supposedly part of the equip. to be left. Nothing on the list about taking the sweep. Nothing said about the sweep being the pool man's property. The angry pool man showed up and took it. After many calls by our agent, and no response from Vicky, she finally said 'it's just a tool' and she would do nothing and would not 'bother' her seller.
