I went in the store about 10 minutes before closing in desparation as my phone was dying a slow and painful death. I never expected to receive such a pleasant sales rep at that time. She addressed my needs as if it was the best day of her life and time was not an issue. Nina was her name and she couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. \t\nGeek Squads seem to be popping up on every corner and for that reason Im sure they get tons of business.\t\nI went to them for some minor computer repairs and was blown away when I got their rates.\t\nI dont understand how they stay in operation charging customers so much money!
