I have not been happy with my SLE Hot Printer. From the beginning there were problems--poor quality workmanship, warped and ill-fitting parts, cheaply made type-organizer containers, the list could go on. I contacted customer service about some of the issues right after I started using it but they were less than helpful, bordering on outright rude. They refused to do anything for me. I had a Kingsley printer previous to this one and was very happy with it. Unfortunately I had to replace it and this was the only printer that I could find to do what I needed.
