I brought 1 document to this location & requested to have it bound. After placing the order at 3pm, I was told that my order would be ready by 9pm. I returned to the Fedex Kinkos at 9:45pm, & found the employees singing & laughing. When I asked for my order, I was informed that my order had not been touched. The employee assisting me offered to complete the service in the next 15-20 minutes. Unable to wait, I asked if I could pick it up in the morning. I was then assured that it would be ready by 7am the following morning. When I arrived, no one would acknowledge me & then when I did receive help, my order once again had not been touched. The employees were lazy, unknowledgable, empathatic & unprofessional.
