I am sad to read about the bad review. We have really loved this school and our daughter ADORES it! One thing I really appreciate is the dynamic between the structure Mrs. Nita provides and the comfort that Mrs. Michelle provides. We wanted a place where our child would learn not only about colors, letters, numbers, season and the norm, but also about boundaries and socially acceptable school behavior. She knows what the rules at school are and that when she does not follow them she knows that there are consequences (not sitting with the group for example). Their co-op atmosphere is WONDERFUL! I love the sense of community the school has offered to us. As with any school - you want to find the right fit. From our experience I have seen how well these two teachers work together and how much the children are thriving! CCNS (Crescenta-Canada Cooperative Nursery School) is hosting their annual open house on Saturday, January 29th at 9:30 AM until Noon. Enrollment for Fall 2011 begins now for the Busy Bears (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) program for 4 year olds and the Darling Ducks (Tuesday/Thursday) program for children 3 years of age. Both class sizes are between 15 and 20 children with a child ratio of 1:5 with teacher and parent helpers.
