Initially felt confident The Goldberg Legal Group is the right organization to help me. I am very fortunate that upon seeing the photo of Atty. David A. Goldberg, the impression I picked-up about him is real that is to be kind, sincere, and ready to lend a hand in every way possible to make my life bearable. His sincerity and kindness make me feel self-assured and the assistance provided evidently demonstrates compassion to see it through towards the end of the court case. Although, the legal action in my situation is not quite over pending result copy of the final judgment by the court but I am confident when the final paperwork filed by the opposing counsel in November 7, 2016, I will later receive a copy of the final judgment in the mail. California is in significant debt. After high spending of money the state didn̢۪t have, the effects are being seen many places, including amongst schools. Out of the 1,037 schools in the state there are currently 12 that are unable to pay their bills for both this year and next year. 176 others schools are also unable to meet many of their financial obligations and could face future hardship as well. Most of the schools are in the northern half of the state and 2.6 million students are affected in those districts. Action is being taken to increase taxes so there is greater funding for the schools; however, it is unsure if they will pass. Officials for the school blame the recent dramatic cuts that have left them unable to provide for the basic needs of the school. Cuts amounted to 20 percent during the past three years and millions of dollars that schools were expecting was not received on time. Many of the schools that are facing economic hardship have not been spending extravagantly. Some schools are even looking at filing for bankruptcy or closing their doors. The only areas the budget is providing for are the basic safety, health and academics of the school. Bankruptcy is being sought by many in the state of California and the high cost of living there does not help the situation. Schools, businesses and individuals are all affected by the financial strain of a down turned economy and are looking for a way out. There are various options available to those that have found themselves in debt such as loan modification or in more serious cases bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is not for everyone, but for some, it can provide great relief from never ending loans and credit card bills. Within bankruptcy there are six further divisions that can be explored, such as a Chapter 7, Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 filing. These provide a more specified form of aid since not everyone will have the same needs. Through the bankruptcy process, a party can seek to have their owed expenses discharged to relieve them from the liability of some of their debts.
