Okay, so on the lines of rating the product they sell i would rate them highly. Their lasers are good, the technicians are nice and knowledgeable, and it works. They may seem like they have high prices, but they are the only office that offers unlimited treatments and lifetime touch ups, which saves money down the road\t\n\t\nnot as for their receptionist staff i would rate a 0 if possible. not helpful, very pushy, very mean and snarky and stuck up. She very mush is like a used car salesman. the office hours are horrible and you need to make appointments at least a month out. and you also end up waiting for longer than you would expect in the waiting room. I never even met Dr. O'Reilly! \t\n\t\nAs for service, this place is horrible. BUT if you only care about a good deal on the treatment, for the treatment to work, and (the ONLY reason i still go here) a lifetime guarantee, than this place isn't bad.
