I had a very positive experience.The staff was nice and competent. The receptionist brightly smiled the technicians were caring and explained every test thoroughly and with warmth. The staff at Inglewood Optometric Center provide great service to inidviduals of all ages. My 4 year old broke her glasses the day she received them. They provided another Dora the Explorer frame for $20.00. Great deal!! The staff is really nice too! ...read more

i have been a patient there for over 15 years. Never had i any issues with customer service, misquoted pricing and quality of product. I have gone to them with and without insurance. I get my glasses promptly and once i had a reaction to the metal on my last pair.
