While this business park is well maintained, the business park's owner and senior manager\t\nis caustic and intrusive. If you don't mind being treated like a serf, then go ahead and move in. However, when you find yourself at odds with the senior citizen managing the park, even over the most trivial of matters, expect to be threatened with lease cancellations or denial of renewal. If you liked Franco, Mussolini or Hitler, you'll love this guy. I watched as others were forced to leave for years before this dictator finally set his sights on me. It will cost you SO MUCH if you have to move after you've settled into a light industrial park, so think ahead and don't settle in here unless you can pull up stakes and move faster than a circus train. ...read more
