i used this service to move my rescue horses recently.....1st of all I set up a CONTRACT with this woman for a specific date and we agreed on a price (A bit more since he was going to have to move our rescue horses on separate days (But charged the same price for 2 horses as my easy going 1 horse) 2 days prior to the contract date she calls and tells she is overbooked on jobs and can't make my job??!!!! What?? 2 days notice, no offer for a discount now that she wants to do ALL horses o the same day instead of 2 trips......THEN, on the subsequent scheduled day of transport she i 5 to 6 hours LATE with NO phone calls!!! Finally I receive a phone call that the horses can not be moved bc 1 was difficult (she was well warned about this) but also because she started sooo late that evening that quickly it became dark. (IS this MY FAULT she was late and tarted late??) So, she will bring a different trailer the FOLLOWING day AGAIN and meet at 1pm......So, no phone calls and she shows up 3 hrs late again!! Colleen did a good job finally trailering and moving the horses for us however I think it is prudent to point out that your client's time is valuable ALSO!! And maybe when you cancelled the 2 separate trip jobs and decided to move horses on the same day, a discount could have bee offered???? At least for our inconvenience?? Since I had planned for moving my horse on Sat morning and she cancelled I could not be present for the job and I was promised a phone call when the job had been completed. .....No phone call or text as even received!!
