its a nightmare when I sent my boxes to this outfit, I sent 28 boxes to the Philippines last July 2009 , it was delivered to cebu of Sept 7, 2009 . when i opened the boxes there were stuff that were missing and some of my stuff are also broken., we called their office in LA and SFO and the lady that i talked was very arrogant and of course a filipina, And also talked to BLAS CANUELA and you cannot imagined the arrogance of this people , telling us that we are sending broken stuff to the Philippines and we broke our stuff. can you imagines that? we are not going to spend more than USD 4,000 to send broken stuff to the Philippines. and there's one thing ,this people are not even accredited with the Department of trade and Industry. and just this year there container were found by the customs sending contraband to the Philippines.
