Randy (savy2k owner) randy probably still remembers when he asked me what icons did i have on my desktop, and i replied first of all what are icons. 9 years later i repair them and build them and love to help people the same way randy taught me, i would ask randy questions on pc's support wile at his office, his reply was always hey just sit yourself down right over there worlds biggest library(that is where it begins he explained). Randy is by far by the book and as honest as they come. He holds confidentiality #1 on his list, cause without trust he wouldnt have the return customers like he does. Hes a very intelligent guy you will find out for yourself, but you will notice that hes just a pretty darn good guy with a great sence of humor, and times you will find yourself just talking away as if you were friends for years.
