I purchased wheels from them on Amazon. A wheel was defective so I requested a replacement. The response I received was extremely rude. I complained to Amazon. Only after that, and a few more nasty emails did they offer to send a replacement wheel. As of yet I have not received the wheel. ...read more

Besides being clueless these guys are jerks. They sent the wrong boards and I have to pay return freight. Thank You to Amazon who picked up the return freight. Also I received a harassing phone call telling me to delete my negative feedback. Like I said these guys are idiots. I would not, I could not recommend these guys to anyone. They sold me a skateboard tool, even though the skateboard they sold me came with the tool. Seems to be a case of double dipping. Of course the return shipping costs more than the tool. so I paid for two tools, but only needed one. ...read more
