We took our 9yr old here and purchased tickets for the go karts. When we got outside there were two sized karts. And of course you had to be 58" to drive the big karts. The park only had three SMALL karts and the line of kids that went 20 deep. The small karts were going about 7 mph. We decided we didn't want to wait in line and went back in and asked if we could exchange the go kart tickets for tokens or food. The tickets costed 20.00. The manager named Michelle said no and then pointed to the rules at the end laying on the counter then the no refund sign hidden behind some flyers. Needless to say, I put my 100.00 dollars back in my pocket and decided to not spend my money at this establishment and I am going to cancel the birthday party I reserved for this joint! What would it have hurt to exchange the tickets for tokens or food?? All it did was get them this bad review and loss of income all because they want to be cheap! Do not, under any circumstances, sign a contract with First Data Merchant Services or First Data Global Leasing! I've been leasing a credit card machine from them for almost 3 years... 2 years past my original lease agreement. 1: they've NEVER sent me a statement, even though they take money out of my checking account every month 2: I signed a 12 month lease contract, and someone on their end changed the contract to 48 months, and now they're trying to hold me to the 48 months, and keep charging me $21/month for another year, even though I don't use the service any more. 3: the customer service supervisor called me a liar 4: the original salesman who facilitated the contract has not returned any of my phone calls 5: the contract doesn't contain ANY contact information for the company- not even a website.
