I was 31 weeks and started hemorrhaging ending up having my sweet baby angel 8 weeks early I was in ICU for 5 days AND RECIVED 18 UNITS OF BLOOD. My husband called Woodglen to let Dr Kassar know what happened over the weekend the front office told him the Dr was too busy to talk with him so he told them he would check back after we came home My husband called 3 time after that and left messages for Dr Kassar to call us the front office was so rude to him after he wanted Dr Kassar to call us and let him know our sweet baby passed away 3 months later the office told my husband I missed my apt and would be charge $20 dollars for the two apts I missed my husband tried to explain I was in the ICU and he called three times with NO return call.. Dr. Jones is a wonderfully gifted man. He has helped my family through many adjustments, including drug abuse, and a death. He is compassionate, caring, and a strong man with great morals and character. In a time of great crisis, he was available to my family at odd hours, and was really there for us. This is so hard to find in a therapist. He did hpnosis when there was trauma, he prayed with us when we asked, and he supported us with his care and devotion as a Christian man, a dedicated therapist, and a father himself. I've talked to other patients of his, and all seem to have such a high regards for him. We were blessed to have been connected to this man. I can't recommend him highly enough. We have known Dr. Jones for 7 years now, and turn to him in times of joy (my daughters wedding...premarital counseling) and at times of death. I have only had one visit so far because I am only in my first trimester. Overall the staff seemed really friendly. However, I unfortunately have a severe fear of needles and they needed to take b l o o d out of me. So they called in the ""professional"" lab person. She was such nightmare. So pushy, rude, and aggressive!!! I had even warned her before she started to try and take out my b l o o d that I did have a very severe fear of needles so I wanted to take it slow. She supposively agreed, but then forcefully tried taking out my b l o o d without walking me through the process. If somebody tells you that they have a severe fear of something, you're not supposed to aggressively shove them through the experience. She is insane. Luckily for me though, there was another nurse on staff that was kind enough to take it slow with me. It took the other crazy rude lady three tries, and she still was not able to get me calm enough to take out my b l o o d, but it only took the nice and patient nurse one try and my b l o o d was being taken out already. I only wish I knew that crazy lady's name to make an oficial complaint against her. She did not even take into consideration of the fact that am currently pregnant, and how bad it is for my baby for me to freak out the way I was. If anyone goes there, she has short brown hair and a lot of wrinkles, and her office is located in the rear of the building structures. She is insane and aggressive!!! ...read more
