All I can say is that regardless of the items being customized; it takes too long for this company to ship what you order. I ordered several items a MONTH ago and I just received an e-mail that the order has been shipped and another e-mail saying that one of the items was on back order. They should mention that before charging my credit card. Money is not the issue here, I gladly would have paid more for the items ordered if their service was better.
