I won’t recommend anybody to move into this apartment complex. I have been here for less than a month and I just want to move out now. Unfortunately, my lease is for a year and there is no possibility to pay an extra fee to move out. My car got towed because I did not have a permit sticker on my car. I was never advised about it by any of the personnel from the leasing office. They refused to pay me back the charges that I spent to take my car out of the pound. It’s funny how during our first visit to see the apartment they mentioned that visitors can park in the open spaces. If they can enter why should I be worried about my car? They basically lied in order to sign the contract. The first day we moved in, the ceiling fan was not working and it took a week for someone to repair it, the stove was not working either and it took 4 days for someone to show up and see what happened. The shower hot and cold temperatures were inverted, the sliding door patio squeaked a lot when opening. ...read more

Management is absolutely rude. They gave me parking permit and got my car towed claiming it was only good for 2 hours. Who in the world issues a two hour parking permit to its tenants. Apartments are either toooo hot or toooo cold no insulation. During night, and since California does gets a bit chilly during night, this place becomes an icebox. They lie on the square footage that's for sure because I am studying architecture. Should take them to court, currently discussing it with my professor. He is coming this week to solve this mystery.
