I have been there a few times myself because of the 5 star review on Yelp .. I have a Power Machine for leather.\t\nOne thing I can say is that I had great customer service and my machine came back looking & working like new!\t\n It is difficult to believe the bottom post for the simple reason that I have always been called to verify any work to be done to my machine with a break down and balance owed. At that point I had the option to repair it or decline the estimate so it sounds like "l1kerbot" had a bad day and has a potty mouth .\t\nThis shop has superior sales and service experience and there is a 30 yr. wealth of knowledge in the owner. "Why Should I Invest in an Inspection and Appraisal on A Short Sale When The Bank Might Not Approve the Sale"When making an offer on a home that is a short sale (a sale where the seller's mortgage company or bank accepts less than what is owed) it is important to know when the timelines of the purchase agreement start. In California, when using the California Association of REALTORS residential purchase agreement and short sale addendum, the timelines for completing most tasks (including appraisals and inspections) do not start until all the lien holders have agreed in writing to the terms of the contract and amounts they will receive. Therefore, it is advisable not to "invest" in an appraisal or inspection until all lien holders give written approval. Once the written approvals are in place and assuming there are no changes by the lien holders to the agreement, then and only then should a buyer "invest" in the appraisal and inspection.
