I strongly suggest not doing business with Dedicated Care In Home Services. This company only cares about themselves and should not be working with the Elderly. They have no compassion and are not professional. After doing my research after I stopoed their servics for my father I found several places who had been in business longer then dedicated care in home services. I have used this transportation for my dialysis treatments. They are always on time, the most I have waited for the driver was 15-25 minutes, while I used to wait for even an hour when using another non-emergency medical transportation.
