I am sure that this company is great with pediatrics, but if you are an ordinary person needing help with getting a scooter or something, go somewhere else. I was referred to them, left many messages to finally get call back and someone out to help me. I picked a scooter to try and the rep said he'd call me and had ordered it, etc, I have left message, but it's been a month and same ole thing, no call back, no calls etc. Cannot do anything if personn doesn't answer phone but leave message.
