Love going to my local GB3 gym, great machines, fun classes, I've been a member since 2003, I recently had a problem freezing/unfreezing my account when I moved back to Fresno. The receptionst actually deleted me from the system, I wasn't notified by one of the receptionst, the other receptionist followed me into the jacuzzi questioning me. The receptionist that finally cleared everything up was sweet. I was relieved, but I never once received an apology and now I have a whole new number after years of being a member, it is such a pain and it was the worst welcome home I have ever recieved. ...read more
