This is without a doubt your one stop shop for your fitness needs. Albert (the owner) is very friendly and helpful in suggesting the products that will best fulfill your goals; whatever they may be. He also makes amazing protien shakes with a variety of additives to include in your shake. I used to go to GNC and after shopping at Valley Fitness Nutrition I will never go back. His prices are great and even offers his own products with the Valley Fitness label at a great cost.
