My 4 year old daughter started at Jazzy D about a year ago when she was 3. Watching her dance and all the other girls in her class is so heart warming. Ken is an amazing dancer/instructor. He is so patient and talented with these kids. The dance that he teaches them are fun and full of energy. Jazzy D puts on the BEST productions, they go above and beyond. Not only are there 3 amazing shows each year they also have them perform all over locally and include all children in there performances and competitions!! The first day when I took our daughter, from the moment her trial class finished I knew this was the place!! Out of the three other dance studios we looked at, I am so thankful I decided to take her to Jazzy D. And now I also decided to take a dance class, which Debbie teaches. I am not an employee or a student of this studio. In fact I am a local competitor who owns a studio in Reedley. I had the opportunity of taking classes from Kay in the past and would like to express my appreciation for her love of dance. I have the utmost respect for Kay with her teachings and all she has done within the field of dance. If you go to Kay's studio, you would not be overwhelmed with competition trophies, etc. In my opinion the trophies are not as important to Kay as the instruction within the class is. I truly believe that Kay is the most experienced and best instructor in Fresno. There are many trends in the field of dance, but if you are looking for someone to give you the basics, take a class from Kay herself. ...read more
